Weasel Mustela nivalis

My mate Dave initially told me this was a Stoat, claiming a Weasel is weasily recognised but a Stoat is stoataly different - well opinion is now divided, with another learned friend saying it's a Weasel, which I'm also leaning towards.
It's a poor/out of focus shot which doesn't help with ID, photographed @ Bradshaw Lane Pilling
